When you sign up, Kelinda will meet you in person or over Zoom to discuss your wellness situation and to listen to what you are aiming to achieve on the program and also discuss any existing health issues, injuries etc.

After the initial meeting, you will receive your tailor made program by email. This consists of Nutrition Plan, shopping lists, workout schedule, rest and recovery schedule, recommendations on supplements as well as access to our supportive community group chat and recipe library.

Each week, there are 6 Fun, dynamic classes focused on Nutrition, Strength workouts, Cardio and Yoga

Classes are mostly 1:1 however sometimes there are activities that work as a group.
