Hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the day, we are located on Third Avenue, only steps away from Church Road where buses run frequently. Hove Train station is only 15 minutes walk and on-street parking is available by pay by phone.
Here we don't just provide rooms, we offer our guests an entirely new dimension of wellness hospitality in beautiful spaces intentionally created to support wellbeing.
Talking therapy room in Hove
Therapy room 6 is a comfortable space intentionally designed for counselling and talking therapies. Located in a private corner of the building, this calm and relaxing space comes with tea and coffee making facilities, wi-fi note pad and pencils.
The room can accommodate up to 4 people.
For business meetings, we can organise lunch, tea and coffee if needed.

FROM CHURCH ROAD
Turn onto Third avenue and walk towards the direction of the sea. Walk past Langfords Hotel which is on the RIGHT side of the street with a big Red sign on the front of the building. Next to Langfords Hotel is Oeuf Restaurant with a white brick fence on the front of the building. We are situated below Oeuf restaurant. Go down the steps to the left of Oeuf and open the white door.
FROM THE SEA FRONT – KINGS WAY
Turn onto third Avenue. Walk/drive for about 50 metres and you will find us on the left side of the street right below Oeuf Restaurant. Go down the steps to the left of Oeuf, open the white Door.

Perfect for classes, team building events, parties, and workshops. For seated events, capacity is up to 25 guests.
The Hearth is equipped with a Projector and HDMI connector, Chairs and tables for meetings, yoga mats and bolsters for classes. Featuring a patio area with outdoor seating, the Hearth makes an ideal space for group events as well as wellness focused events.
The Office
Offices are available on an ad hoc and long term basis. Choose from up to two days or to a month. Offices are furnished with desks, chairs and wi-fi.
