Rest and Restore

Your Rest and Restore session starts with a warming welcoming ritual as you step into our botanical Spa. An invitation to sink into comfy seats with a calming hot botanical infusion or botanical mocktail specially crafted by our inhouse herbalist, before transitioning to a deeply relaxing full body massage or Chair massage. Your rest experience concludes with a restful journey of Sound, where your Sound Therapist will play singing bowls and delicate chimes to soothe mind body and soul.

Your session will last 2.5 hours from the time you arrive and includes the following:

1 hour massage of your choice - chair massage or full body relaxing massage.

45 minute Sound therapy

15 minutes for a relaxing drink at the start and at the end of your session.

This session is available on:

Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sundays.

Available session at 11am , 3pm and 6pm

Price for one person is £80

Price for 2 people is £145
