Inviting you to an afternoon of movement, art and crafting and mindfulness activities.
An opportunity to disconnect from technology and reconnect with self and likeminded people through light hearted conversations and creativity.
10:00 - Meet at Hove plinth for a walk to the Pier and back.
11:00 Return to Fine Feather for a cuppa - payable at the bar.
11:30 Greeting card crafting workshop - cards will be sold to raise money for Surfers Against Sewage charity.
12:30 Lunch break and a live performance - people can bring a packed lunch or order a light lunch at our juice bar.
13:30 Sound Bath
Please note that this event starts at 10:00 and finishes at 14:30. We only welcome bookings from people who would like to enjoy the retreat offerings from start to finish. We kindly ask people not book if they are not able to participate from start to finish
Tickets are free however drinks and snack are payable . All drinks are alcohol-free
