BALEMBA - Every Saturday 10am

from £0.00

In this class, Kelinda takes you on a Southern African inspired journey of physical capability exploration.

The class starts with energy embodiment, exploring the element of water and our feminine energy through flexibility moves, slow, playful, sensual and fluid motions, then transition into a cardio heavy HIIT circuit where we explore our driving force, the masculine energy, and the element of fire, pushing our endurance to the max.

We will conclude the class with exploration of our neutral energy and the element of air. Strong, steady yet very light movements, as if we could almost fly like a bird. Exploring the freedom of body movements yet staying steady on our feet.

This class is perfect for anyone who love dance looking for a fun way to get fit or loose weight.

Wear light clothing and bring some chilled water to stay cool, this is one hot class ! so anything you can bring to keep you cool, bring it along.

Balemba is a tribal ceremonial dance from the Lemba Tribes of Zimbabwe and Mozambique
