A full body strength session guided by Kelinda. The perfect mat based workout to train your abs, obliques, lower back, and hips and legs. Movements are slow and precise, focusing on balance, strength and flexibility.
The class starts with some gentle stretches followed by some dynamic movements to warm up the system then a series of reps using our own body weight and also some leg weights.
We will concludes the class with 5 minutes of gentle stretches and recovery movements.
