A full body strength session utilizing body weight and small dumbells and leg weights. The perfect mat based workout to train your abs, obliques, lower back, and hips and legs. Kelinda will guide you through a series of slow and precise movements focusing on balance, strength and flexibility.
The class starts with some gentle stretches followed by dynamic movements to warm up the system then a series of reps using our own body weight and also some leg weights.
We will concludes the class with 5 minutes of gentle stretches and recovery movements.
