The class starts with a breath guided grounding exercise then gently flow into slow rhythms of body movements done in strength postures designed to support and move different parts of the body, to flex and strengthen all muscles areas.
We will wind the class up with a revitalizing and cleansing cold pressed green juice or smoothie to help the body expel toxins released during exercise.
This class is slow and intentional but punches above it’s weight in mind, body transformation. You will feel muscles you’ve not felt before!
